About Our Rating System…What makes a negative rating/review?
If the overall average of the rating is below 2.1 stars it will be indicated as a negative review. So, if a product is rated with four 2’s, it would count as a negative review. If the product rating was three 2’s and one 3, this would push it over the threshold and it would be scored as a positive review.
